Pegged as a product that’s “complex enough to play with, yet simple enough to wear,” the Gear Ring ($165.00) is the first venture from NYC-based company, Kinekt Design. It’s made from high quality stainless steel and features six micro-precision gears that turn in unison when the outer rims are spun. I actually had the opportunity to play with one of these guys yesterday (our friend Ben was involved in its creation), and while it was a bit bulky for my taste, the ring provides a serious amount of amusement for someone who likes to fidget with stuff at all times.
