Those are all pigeon feathers attached to each other and the ground with nothing more than felt and some glue. The installation is called Sluice, and was created by artist, Kate MccGwire. There are quite a few more photographs included below. [Courtesy of Hipster Collective]

    I certainly hope you mean “crap” as in: “crap that’s awesome,” as opposed to “crap, that’s crap.” The latter would be counter-productive and devoid of any thoughtful and/or constructive criticism.
