Much of what I know was learned from Sci-Fi movies, and one such thing is that by now our clothes were supposed to be considerably more amazing than what we’ve actually got. If you told me in 1983 that our clothes in 2009 would still be made from quaint materials like cotton and wool, I’d have labeled you ignorant and short-sighted. (Precocious words for a first grader, I know.)
Now if you told me we’d be wearing dresses made of 24,000 full color LED’s, I’d say, “yes, this is the future I’ve been waiting for!” Well, just in time for 2010, a company called Cute Circuit has finally ushered us into fashion’s next age. Sheep everywhere, take note. You’ve just been made obsolete. [via Neatorama]
