Brooklyn-based band Grizzly Bear has already produced what is probably our favorite video of 2009 with their dizzying, stop-motion masterpiece for the song, “While You Wait For The Others.” And in just two months they’ve returned with another avant-garde video for the mellow track, “Ready, Able” (above), directed by Los Angeles-based artist, Allison Schulnik.

Grizzly Bear had previously lent music to Schulnik for her short film, “Hobo Clown.” They were so impressed that they asked her to direct, “Ready, Able,” using the same abstract, clay characters from her directorial debut.
